School Structure:
For the first year, the school will be broken into 3 levels. More advanced levels will be added in the future.
- Level 1: Learning how to read and basic reading practice.
- Level 1A: 4:30 – 5:30
- Level 1B: 5:30 – 6:30
- Goals: From letters to reading slowly, ie completion of the Qa’idah
- Level 2: Intermediate reading practice
- Level 2B: 4:30 – 5:30
- Level 2A: 5:30 – 6:30
- Goals: Reading slowly to reading fluently and memorizing From Surah Al-Duha to Surah Al-Naas and Surah Al-Faatiha
- Level 3: 6:00 – 7:30 Memorization and Islamic studies
- Goals: Memorizing Ayah Al-Kursi, Last three ayahs of Baqarah, Surah Al-Mulk, and Surah Yaaseen in addition to foundational Islamic Studies
- 2 sessions/week for foundational Islamic Studies, ~72 sessions in total
- Day 1: Seerah (life of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him)
- Weeks 1–4: Foundations
- Weeks 5–12: Early Prophethood and Core Practices
- Weeks 13–20: Migration and Community Building
- Weeks 21–28: Consolidation of Islam
- Weeks 29–36: Culmination
- Day 2: Fiqh (Salah and other Islamic practices)
- Day 1: Seerah (life of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him)
Classes will run 4 days a week Monday-Thursday with an optional 5th day (Friday) for tutoring or catching up.
Student progression goals are set for an average 7-12 year old. Furthermore, students who are not committed to the full time school and enrolled as audit students, no promises can be made for their progress.
Student progression
Student progression is measured through the student management system (FACTS) where it is individualized and documented for parents to see. It includes attendance, grades, and Report cards.
Two mandatory parent-teacher conferences a year are scheduled; the first after 4 months of classes and the second after 8 months. We encourage more frequent communication with teachers.
Graduation
Graduation takes place once a year in Ramadan on the 29th night with presentations of top students from each level. Followed by Taraweeh lead by the star students from level 3.
Registration
- Registration through FACTS portal
- Registration into official levels begins the day After Eid Al-Fitr, every year
- Registration will be open for 1 week into the levels.
- All registrations after the first two weeks will fall into the audit level.

Tuition is $200 per student + fees with options for paid in full discount of 1 month and scholarship. See [Fees Page] for more details
Holiday Schedule
- Summer break will be the first two weeks of June.
- The day of Eid and the following 2 days there will be no classes
- Ramadan will be reserved for new student testing and graduation preparation.
- Blue valley Thanksgiving, winter break, and severe weather closures.
