Banquet Hall Rental Guidelines
Level I : $350 (Monday to Thursday)
- 5 hour rental (includes set up and clean up time) – extra time for set up and decorating can be granted based on availability
- 100 guests or less
- Guest assumes responsibility for set up and clean up
- $150 additional if guest would like to purchase set up services
- $150 additional if guest would like to purchase clean up services
- $150 additional for trash pickup
- $50 additional if guest would like to purchase AV capability
- $200 refundable deposit upon satisfactory check up of clean up/damage
Level II : $650 (Monday to Thursday)
- 5 hour rental (includes set up and clean up time) – extra time for set up and decorating can be granted based on availability
- 101-200 guests
- Guest assumes responsibility for set up and clean up
- $150 additional if guest would like to purchase set up services
- $150 additional if guest would like to purchase clean up services
- $150 additional for trash pickup
- $50 additional if guest would like to purchase AV capability
- $200 refundable deposit upon satisfactory check up of clean up/damage
Level III : $1250 (Friday to Sunday)
- 5 hour rental (includes set up and clean up time) – extra time for set up and decorating can be granted based on availability
- 201- 300 guests
- Guest assumes responsibility for basic trash pickup afterwards or $150 for trash pickup
- Deep clean up and set up included
- AV included
- $100 refundable deposit for damage
